Unused pieces in saleable condition can come back within 7 days of delivery.
When you can return
- Write to us within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packing.
- Include tags, boxes, and any extra cards that came with the order.
When we cannot accept a return
- Used, damaged, or altered pieces.
- Missing packing or certificates that came with the item.
- Sale or custom-made pieces, unless we sent the wrong item.
How to start
Email us your order ID, the product name, and photos. If we approve the return, we will share the next steps. Refunds, when due, go back to the original payment method after we receive and check the piece.
