Delivery time

Delivery time depends on your city and the courier. Metro cities are usually faster. Remote pincodes may take longer. You will get tracking details once the shipment is picked up.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Free shipping offers, when running, are also shown there.

Failed delivery

Please keep your phone reachable. If a delivery attempt fails, the courier may retry or return the parcel to us. Write to us with your order ID if you need the shipment resent.

Wrong or missing items

Check the parcel on arrival. If something is missing or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packet and products.
